Rice Quest
Rice is everything in Rice Quest. It's your money, your score, and the reason everyone keeps calling you Guy. Find it, set things up that make more of it, and spend it on upgrades that help you find even more. It runs in your browser on desktop or phone, free, with nothing to download.
How to play
- Keyboard: arrow keys or WASD to walk, Z, Enter or Space to talk and confirm, X or Esc for the menu and to go back.
- Phone or tablet: use the on-screen d-pad, A to confirm and B for the menu, or tap where you want to walk. Turn your phone sideways for a bigger view.
- Controller: connect one and press any button; the on-screen controls step aside.
- The ⚙ menu in the corner has fit-to-window, touch controls, keep-screen-on, and save backups.
Saving
Save at the save points around the world. Saves are kept in your browser on this device only, so clearing your browser data deletes them, and Safari can clear them on its own if you haven't played in a while.
To keep a copy or move to another device, open ⚙ and choose Export save, then Import save on the other one. On iPhone and iPad, Rice Quest added to your Home Screen keeps its own saves separate from Safari, so export first and import in the Home Screen app.
